Spectre launched on International Women’s Day last year, and since then we’ve mailed out 3 print issues, published over 150 web articles, and broadcast over a dozen Spectre Live! events.
But believe it or not, subscriptions alone don’t cover the cost of production – even though none of our editors are paid.
In order to keep Spectre independent, we rely on the generosity of our donors to keep the project alive.
We have much in store for the coming year, and we’re currently in the process of expanding our editorial board, bringing you quality content on a regular basis. But to do that, we have to pay our bills, and that’s where you come in. Without the broader Spectre community, we couldn’t do what we do. So please kick in what you can. Monthly donations are crucial to what we do!
Every quarter we will organize a donors-only event to discuss and debate a critical question for the Left. In addition, all donors will get the beautiful poster based upon Spectre’s editorial “We Cannot Let Yesterday’s Farce Become Tomorrow’s Tragedy,” designed by Liz Niarhos (@Lizar_tistry).Spectre launched on International Women’s Day last year, and since then we’ve mailed out 3 print issues, published over 150 web articles, and broadcast over a dozen Spectre Live! events.
